On 5.2.2016, the Czech Bar Association was instructed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to deal with out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the field of disputes between attorney-at-law and consumer arising from contracts on provision of legal services (under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
